To be a “crime” in rules text, you have to target an opponent, anything they control, or their library, so unfortunately Deadpool doesn’t commit a crime.
Just realized while brewing this that he is a one card combo. Infinite mana, play, sack to make everyone else draw as his swap is a May ability, repeat.
Since the exchange happens as the token copy enters, the token copy can swap with another creature, die to the legend rule, and it won’t reverse or fizzle that exchange
Deadpool with Myriad gets 2 swaps per combat in 4 player pods
Hit him with a 1 mana "until end of turn this creature gains when killed return to battlefield tapped" then kill him yourself with cantrips, rituals, or sac outlets for fun and profit. You "bounce" him by dismemberment and death basically
This has actually been WotC's plan all along for the change back in Bloomburrow. They knew they were printing Deadpool and changed the text specifically for this in advance.
Battlefield only, see rule 109.2. If a spell or ability uses a description of an object that includes a card type or subtype, but doesn’t refer to a specific zone or include the word “card,” “spell,” “source,” or “scheme,” it means a permanent of that card type or subtype on the battlefield.
Either creature leaving won't effect the other creature's text box. So if you flicker Deadpool the other creature won't regain it's old text box but Deadpool will enter with his original text box and vice versa.

Doesn’t target.
But I did make a Deadpool list which I imagine will be very fun to play.

Get it right, jackass
To your opponent’s perception it will be a crime, and a more heinous one given that it doesn’t target, so it ignores Ward and Hexproof and Shroud.
