Critters gonna critter. Side note, if you haven’t had this suggested yet 211 and Airbnb are working together to provide temporary housing. I'd advise your friends to remove any reference to "rebuilding/replacing" on the GoFundMe. A friend of a friend is fighting his insurance because the wording on his GoFundMe is being used as an excuse to reduce his claim. I'm told it has to be vague, "support during this difficult time," etc.
