It should be illegal to ask for nearly 4 times what you paid for a home no matter how much you put into it.

Especially TWO years after you bought it.

It was a developer, of course. Just a flip (done extremely well for sure) so I am inclined to agree because they drive up prices and leave houses empty for years

I am doubtful they will get asking but I would love to know how much they put into it.

My house is of a similar age. That’s where the similarities end. It would be condemned compared to that 😂
