This is intentionally misleading and generalizing. Many dairy farms do not kill the cows and chickens. Moreover, these animals lead safe, protected lives where they have shelter, food, and medical attention.

Not trying to be a trouble maker but I've read of folks who have milk cows & chickens for eggs & they don't kill them at old age. It seems that there is a need to reform Industrial farms that do slaughter but instead of cutting those foods completely, couldn't we support the farms that are humane?
It’s tempting to respond rationally and point out multiple issues with this post, but I’m too busy finishing my bacon cheeseburger with an over medium egg and sweet potato fries.
