Yeah, I've got faves in both companies. I was very excited about AEW at first but the booking is possibly the worst I've ever seen. Still, they've got people like Swerve, MJF, Sereena Deeb, FTR etc.
WWE has been so much better since that prick Vince is finally gone.
I just love most of wrestling.

2/2 without it I wouldnt have discovered AEW/ROH/NJPW/TNA
WWF & WCW were hugely influential in getting me into wrestling so the tribalism is always weird to me because when I was a kid most of us watched & enjoyed both - some of us only watched one or the other but all of us just enjoyed wrestling

I don't have 20+ hours/week of TV time to commit to wrestling, plus the PPVs and behind the scenes bullshit.
So I picked AEW because I gave enough of my time and money to WWF/WWE in the 80s and 90s.
I hold no grudge against them - maybe the company, but certainly not the wrestlers.

Never understood the bickering people get into on it. I mostly watch WWE but dip over to AEW from time to time. Great matches on the AEW side. I just can’t add a whole other set of shows to the mix and those respective storylines. Lol. That’d be overloading.

I think for me it's being anti Vince McMahon and not wishing to support a company he historically owned at one point by him. There are people who are dead set against people being part of WWE because of Vince and will only watch AEW due to the allegations and republican politics Vince has.
