That’s the part that I don’t understand. For a religion that’s highest commandment is life, so many seem led by hatred.

Somehow, common decency and empathy now equate to "weak", and the frat bro keg tappin', back slappin', towel snappin' performative cruelty is seen as being strong and cool.

I miss Richard Pryor and George Carlin. They would help us fix this through laughter.
