[ so sorry if this is unhelpful / overstepping ] but i think bsky has issues with certain file formats? i don't know the specifics of them all but i do know it rly hates pngs & crunches them right up. i'm sure there's others too 😔

i also save everything as pngs LOL so i am right there with yall 🫶 i've heard people have the most luck w jpgs, but it might be worth experimenting. i've had a hard time finding any concrete info, but i've seen so many examples of png issues between compression/(lack of) transparency 😭
