#LinuxMint 22 is then a good choice in order to get rid of #Windows.
NB:Most of Windows games work well on LinuxMint with Steam compatibility layer « Proton » (aka Wine). HW gaming configs are the same (RAM, CPU, GPU(nv/amd), SSD)
But logically most Windows dedicated peripherals don't work on Linux.
