I have no inside information but I expect lawyers to be ramping up. This is likely illegal as congress mandated the indirect formulas.

I will contact both PA Senators and my congresswoman about this. Democrats must insist on a restoration of research funding before they agree to any bills to fund the government or raise the debt ceiling. GOP forgot that research is what makes America great 🤬
