Target is so funny man bc it would appear that all they did was remove the words “diversity equity inclusion” but still have those words/ideals embedded in their statements/commitments. (More photos in thread)

I have the same question. They have been a leader on many Diversity, Equity and Inclusion issues, and Wikipedia says that they score 100% on a Human Rights Index. I would advise Target to have the courage of their convictions and be proud of their history of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Great advice! For some that don't know, she's talking about the app Goods Unite Us, which is a great resource to check. I also noticed some of the list are not great when it comes to environmental impact. We try to avoid fast fashion. We have been really trying to shop at thrift stores for clothing

Executive level gets you 2% back up to $1000 so technically if you shop there enough it will pay for the membership. I’ve done flooring and HVAC through them and I’m looking at getting almost $1000 back. Now they’re paying their workers more - It’s a good company in my opinion.

I would like to take a stab at this one. DEI at the corporate level involves hiring. Reaching out to DEI groups and recruitment for good, mid and high level jobs.
Running ads is targeting a population to sell their profitable products. To make money, not help a group to excel.
