American believers were influenced by the Conservative movement to become "one-issue voters." This mindset allowed them to overlook the broader consequences their votes would have on others. As long as their specific issue was addressed, they felt it was worth any potential negative impact.
How could anyone expect anything else from someone who said, “They are not our friend, believe me. They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists. And some, I assume, are good people.”
It is obvious that this is not about making the country safe, but rather "cleansing" the country.
Too late for damage control: many that stayed home who did not vote along with the many others that voted for 47 are now suffering which will become worst in months to come.
I can't believe people are single issue voters for things that aren't even clearly stated in the Bible and their candidate doesn't even personally adhiere to while ignoring "Love your neighbor as your self."
