Tax the rich.
Ppl don’t hate taxes, btw. They hate ineffective government. They don’t like the idea of throwing money into some void and never seeing it again.
Cutting taxes was never the answer. Making government work is

You don't get enough money from taxing "the rich", there aren't that many of them. You'd have to tax the high income middle class, but that will never happen since these people run the system.
