are you on bioidentical or medroxyprogesterone? depression can be a side effect of either but is much more common from the synthetic

It’s bioidentical—my body might just not be vibing with it right now. If the choice is between my mental health and going up a cup size, as much as I hate to admit it I don’t think I’m willing to make that trade :p

ye definitely. you wouldn't be the only person i know who has to avoid it for that reason.
that said, have you tried both administration routes? they can have surprisingly different side effects
