Standing member for MCNP - scheduled by Zoom for 2/19-2/20. Not listed in Federal Register. Asked for confirmation last week and was told it was scheduled. Asked again if it is happening, and the answer was that there is no additional information.

I was asked to be a mail in reviewer for ODCS Feb 27-8. Last contact with SRO was Feb 3 assuring us it was on. Don't see it listed in the registry...still submitted my reviews

Also don't see the upcoming PCMB Feb 20 meeting in the registry, which is supposed to review my grant submitted last Oct :(

I'm on ZRG1 IVBH on March 4/5. I contacted with the SRO last Friday 2/14. He didn't explicitly state that it was taking place but did encourage us to submit reviews.

Scheduled in-person for DBD on Feb 24 & 25. Not listed in Federal Register so specifically asked SRO. They’re waiting on approval of a waiver request to have meeting despite federal register issue. Will switch to virtual meeting mid-week w/ preparations to cancel Monday morning if no waiver approval

What is the process to get a meeting in the Federal Register? Why isn’t it done months ahead of time? We know the dates of study section meetings a year ahead. I hear a lot of issues but not much about actions to correct the issues. Anyone have insight?

I'm supposed to serve on MNG in-person on 2/20-21. Travel for all study section members is already booked and hotel block is reserved. Not posted in Fed Reg and as of today SRO "cannot confirm" that the meeting will happen but will provide an update tomorrow.

MNG study section scheduled in person for 2/20-2/21. Put together in Dec, assignments out 1/14, travel arrangements made mid-Jan. Was NOT posted to Fed Reg. Critiques due 2/14. All normal to that point. Moved to zoom 2/18 in am, discussion order posted 2/18 pm. CANCELLED just now.

As someone whose K resubmission was to be reviewed at a 2/20-2/21 study section (not yours)...I'm so sorry. That is a LOT of work and time to have the meeting cancelled last minute.

To be rescheduled at a later date TBD. My sense is that SROs are trying to move forward with meetings (in hopes of waivers or changes?) for as long as possible. In person meetings moved to zoom so that people aren’t already traveling when meetings get cancelled last minute. Just my interpretation.

I am on HCMF panel which meets Feb 24/25 (see here: https://public.era.nih.gov/pubroster/preRosIndex.era?AGENDA=527337&CID=105232). SRO says it is on but it does not appear to be listed in the register. What does this mean? It's not on or the register is no longer up to date?
