Welcome Neha! Others will know more,but if you search 'import twitter followers' you can find the process for that. Then look for Starter packs under yr interests eg books, literature etc & follow like-minded peeps. BS's algorithm seems to work by retweets rather than likes or hashtags.
It's like X, you'll get it in no time! Starter packs are brilliant for finding people. There's a Tudor one in my profile 😊
