I haven't been to their new premises since they moved, and can't see it properly on street view, plus they didn't respond when asked - so did you happen to notice if it's wheelchair accessible or not?

There’s a small step to the front door and then the new premises are on the first floor. I haven’t been inside since the move (hence my leaving a card on them) but I’ll try to get hold of someone and find out how one is supposed to visit when using a wheelchair.

Having spoken to Guido, it seems that there /is/ a lift inside but inexplicably there are a further three steps to reach it. I’m sorry to be the bearer of disappointing tidings.
