At this point? Probably not. My next door neighbor’s son is border patrol and he’s a huge asshole, I can imagine he’s more of an asshole to migrants.

You are right, they have already said “there may be collateral damage” while looking for criminal migrants. They don’t care who they harass, target or how many lives they ruin.
