To put it simply, she traced over DRAWINGS of other people and copied them 1/1 with the shading. Using 3D models or tracing a hand, for example, isn't a bad thing--even professionals do it. If I were to trace your art 1/1 and then call it 'learning' it is theft and that's what she did.

I was so confused bc I can’t draw hand using imagination and usually I use pictures like that to make it easier 🥹 (or my own hand)

Nah, a lot of people use 3D models or photographs, that's ok. Their issue is literal tracing, which they even used in their drawing that won an award. In the image with Shouto, if you look at the forearm, she traced down to the shading. procreat lets you hide layers so her timelapses never showed.

She also deleted her account after admitting she traced so...there's that. Again, copying a picture for a hand pose or using a 3D model to get the body across is fine, but stealing and tracing from a literal artist isn't.
ALSO the fact a lot of her prints she made money off of were traced.
