The Russian embassy in Syria told Russian citizens living in the Syrian Arab Republic to leave the country via available commercial flights.

Assad's forces are fleeing. Russians are fleeing.
The rebels are soon to take Tartus & Latakia.

When they do, the Russians will no access to the country.
