A fun question. If you're my age, you've seen a million articles claiming health benefits or impact from a million things, breathlessly spread by the media with little backing evidence. Wine and butter and countless of other things. But when it comes to COVID, nobody wants to touch that.
Here's an article saying cancer causes arterial thrombosis (heart attacks and strokes). You don't get a horde of popular commentators coming out to proclaim the need for more decisive evidence, condemning it as "fear-mongering" etc. Why is COVID different? www.mdpi.com/2072-6694/16...
