For some reason I had never seen Nightmare on Elm St before, but after seeing that Rick and Morty episode, I decided to watch NOES 1 & 2 tonight. Is it just me or did older movies do a better job at getting/keeping you invested in the characters? After the first 10 minutes I was already captivated.
