Invest in a meal service. Depending on how many people you gotta feed they can be very affordable. I use cook unity.

I completely understand. I am autistic as well & so is my son. I have had a good experience with cook unity because they let you list food aversions & choose the meals you want every week. So you can see the ingredients & the type of food.

Do you have a crock pot? A crock pot meal does wonders too. You can use mostly frozen or prepackaged ingredients and make yummy stuff that you don’t have to pick your time chopping and measuring to make. I throw a quick beef stew together in 3 minutes & can feed the family for 2 days.
