My tiny nipples are totally insensitive and kinda hide (unless it's cold).

The one I got pierced is always showing now. Which is cool.
But besides from that haven't felt any change in sensitivity, but that changes from person to person.

Positive, they look hella sexy and you can decorate them however you want!

Negative: They’re very infection prone so you have to keep up cleaning them daily. And they can be extremely tender for months after. Even the lightest rub against them feels like hell for a while

I read some negative stories about them but they ended up being my favorite piercings XD. Getting them hurts but afterwards no real issues. They look cool and the care was pretty easy. They recommend washing them 2x/day, but that was easy bc I work out regularly anyways. 👍👍

Yup, granted I tend to get piercings infected a lot, then found out it was an allergy to the metal. I have to go with gold if I end up getting them

I had almost non-existent nipples before getting them pierced, they've been semi-erect ever since and are VERY prominent if I wear a thin shirt. Also can say they're the most painful piercings I've gotten, but I'd totally get them redone in a heartbeat if they closed up.
