Yep, I've seen a bit of a change in terms like this in the last year or so. I'm surprised someone hasn't tried to revive reserves for vinyl breakages (i.e., copying the worst stuff from old music industry practices).

Yeep. Last time I saw this and flagged this exact point to a dev they nearly fell off their chair and it killed the deal.
