I have only listened to some of the ones that are free on Spotify. Basically all of the 8th Doctor ones as well as the first three ever (Sirens of Time, Phantasmagoria, Whispers of Terror).
Favourite might be The Chimes of Midnight though I need to give it a second listen.
Technically, it's not a Big Finish story. But they did adapt it, and I'll always be grateful to them for letting me relive one of the best memories of my childhood (when I was lucky enough to see the real thing a few times).
I really love all about concept of Unbound Doctor Who, but writers work in Auld Mortality with all this mysticism and puzzle narrative... I really very love this story)
Planet X. It's probably my favourite Doctor Who story of all time. Incredibly televisual, and IMO knocks every other "I am The Doctor" type story into a cocked hat
