I'm sorry but that's not true. Biden led the charge to declare the "state of emergency" over, rolling back ppl's benefits. He spoke openly about it. Here's an excellent multi part series on this topic/Biden's actions, which led to dismantling of the social safety net- again, during a pandemic

OK this is a different matter. Biden felt it was politically advantageous to declare victory on the pandemic. With Long Covid being terrible and other reasons, I understand criticism

But he did expand benefits only to lack the ability to keep them expanded, which he would have been happy to do

Speaking about both GOP and Dems isn't equating them. but it's a simple fact that Biden led the charge to roll back benefits/safety net during a pandemic, which led to ppl being unable to get healthcare, etc. I know this well bc I was involved in helping disabled ppl navigate those roll backs.
