Just when I was blaming a changed NHS contract or a Cerner bug in the NHS e-referral software, blocking the ability to register a patient from an English NHS Hospital Trust to a Welsh Hospital it turns out it is either a cyber attack by Putin or one of Owain Glyndŵr’s men!
