Bsky team clearly knows these accounts are a problem or else they wouldn't have restricted them, so why are they still allowed to send harassing graphic gore/self-harm DMs to people? Not to mention why is bsky showing festering wounds without a label warning? And why are these allowed in 1st place?

also also concerning: the accounts being used to send are frequently already "blocked by bluesky moderation service" so you can't click on their profile to block them, yet they are able to send DMs?
