sorry but there's a ton of fake accounts. who knows how many of the new ones are humans. i wish they would just clean them up regularly so we could trust the numbers more. this issue is really dragging down the app ratings as well

This is the truth right here. Accounts that have thousands of followers and they’re following thousands of accounts and they have maybe a dozen posts/reposts. I’m weary of accounts following more than 1k people, even if they are seemingly active accounts. Who has time to follow so many? All muted?
