i agree, but then leads to more concepts that unfortanelly most of people don't care about these days like cpu/mem architecture and how it connects to encoding
imho i rather have people learning that but i can see why go became more popular
I have to disagree here. I can see why different integer *sizes* (u8, u16, ...) may require awareness of these concepts to be used efficiently, but signed-ness as-is can be explained using basic math and has uses beyond optimization
