Your reminder that Linda Martell was just nominated for one of the eleven Grammys that Beyoncé’s new album got just recently (“Spaghetti” for Best Melodic Rap Performance).

Martell was the first successful Black woman country artist, as well as the first to perform at the Grand Ole Opry.
