If I may, I recommend the DR Horton options in several communities. The ones I've checked out were perfect for streamer/ home office set ups with yards!

A lot of the home inspectors I’ve seen say the DR Horton homes are some of the lesser build quality homes, but that could just be an issue with the areas they’re being built
