It's a big mistake people make that they think phrases like "be a man" or "man up" mean something like "don't be a woman".
In reality it means "don't be a child". You become a man when you stop acting like a baby who only cares about himself. Whining about women is the exact opposite of that.

Sometimes its OK for adults (of any gender) to just be kids and hide or dream. Not everything has to be processed or dealt with in adult manner.
Ie., to take responsibility for one’s actions, not seek imaginary scapegoats, victim conspiracies or sympathy manipulation, to earn rewards in moderation, and to consider personal revenge morally unjustified? 🤷♂️
The problem with this line of thinking is that it's very easy to forget how many man-childs are out there. You can't consider yourself a reasonable man and act like all women are a trope of the worst ones.
You're taking a chosen identity and making its validity contingent on your approval. Whoever does that is someone I do NOT trust on these issues.
Men need to be kids sometimes: vulnerable, cared for, afraid, or just be happy to be. We never found a BALANCE between that and what society expects from us
