🚨 On April 16th, the Supreme Court will decide if trans women with Gender Recognition Certificates can be classed as women under the law. This ruling could reshape the Equality Act, limit rights, and set a dangerous precedent. We can’t let trans lives be debated out of existence 🏳️‍⚧️

Looks like the Supreme Court is handing down their judgment in the For Women Scotland case on Wednesday 16th. The outcome of this case will likely dictate how the laws on Gender Recognition in the UK will change for the foreseeable future
