I that’s why I stopped my diet. I lost too much weight. I hated my skinny look. People kept asking me if I was ill. So I’ve put a lot back on. And I’m back to my old self. 💅🏼

Mine has been flipping at lots of things recently, though dropping off tea and coffee so far has improved it a bit. Tomato, onion or fatty foods do it
