Poor kid indeed. No car seat, either. Also being chauffeured around in an illegal vehicle with no plates or tags.

Actually it’s legal to only have a plate on the back. https://dmv.alaska.gov/vehicle-services/license-plates/ But!!! It would have been nice to have it on the front so we could really be neighbors.

He had no plates at all. No rear and no temp tag in rear window.
