im having the exact same issue as everyone else with the invalid handle, tried the trick with changing it but still doesnt seem to be working correctly!! >.< just wanted to let you know o.o/)
I will keep monitoring it, but everything points out to it being a bluesky issue for now. I'm thinking about redoing the whole service on my side to understand it better so I may unearth something, but as it is now I can't do much. ;-;

Try changing your handle in Bluesky's settings, making sure it's all lowercase ? Or even changing it to a temporary one to use the etheirys website ?

The support has almost been too much really, you all are awesome (and/or horny but nothing new here).
Step 1 is to go on https://etheirys.social, enter your current handle, submit, and once it says it found your account, enter what you want your new handle to be, and submit. Once both those tasks are done and the third step on the website is not greyed out, change your handle in BSky Settings!
Can you try revalidating it ? (Changing your handle on Bluesky to the exact same)
I even checked my others accounts which use custom domains (mine) but not having issue right now

It's just that it's a bit spoilery as the name doesn't really get handed out to players until EW.
(Plus in French it's Aetherys so it almost was aetherys dot social and everyone would have laughed at me-)
Now I'm curious if it's something else in german too - I played in german until switching to english during ShB so I actually don't even know 🤔

Try a Ctrl+F5 maybe
Try changing your handle in Bluesky to something else, and let 15 to 20 minutes pass in order for it to be correctly deployed, and try fetching it on etheirys again ? It seems to be what worked the last time
