I went looking for the Congressional Notification by the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) of the Taiwan F-16 arms sale in 2019. But DSCA updated their website and apparently in the process disappeared all such documents prior to Dec. 6, 2024.

Seems bad. Good thing I have them archived...
