Either I just completely glichted out my tablet, or for nearly 3 years I've been drawing with a vertically squished screen and I'm note really sure which it I'd rather right now, but I'm pissed

Okay I think it's just glitched, don't really know how to make it work like normal, I re downloaded all the drivers and restarted my computer but it's still smushed
Have you checked the tablet's config? Usually the drivers come with a configuration GUI, Wacom has one but I forgot the name, it's basically an app on your pc that you can use to configure your tablet. If nothing works, try using OpenTabletDriver to see if the results are different
Well I think the driver is what caused the problem honestly, was messing around with some of the tablets settings and wanted to see what would happen if I rotated the screen, after rotating it back its been at that smushed ratio, that said haven't heard of OpentabletDriver so I'll try that out!
Thank you for contacting Victus tech support services!
In case you're curious OTD is a open source driver for drawing tablets, I started using it last year after I've moved from windows to linux, as Wacom doesn't have support for linux. It's actually pretty good, very customizable too
I see, I won't lie I looked at all the stuff I needed to do to get it to work and went "...let's see if there's another first."
That said, I think I fixed it! My computer wasn't using the full resolution of both my screen and tablet so changing that seemed to have fixed it
