You say that, but where was healthcare on the ballot this year? the biden admin kicked the most people off Medicaid, and Harris said fuck all about Medicare for All. Hell a public option was not uttered once for in the last 4 years. The entire population voted against it.
A large portion of that half thought "Obamacare" and the ACA were separate initiatives. We really need to expand the media influence of the left; these both-sides-ing legacy media outlets just aren't cutting it these days...

Last time I checked, ranking by quality alone, the USA didn’t make it into the top 20. It’s not like the EU doesn’t have the same tech, but it’s also not only about tech. Quality is also about procedures. For example, death rates for mothers after childbirth is very high in the USA compared to peers
I always think it's weird how America is a relatively new country and could've been built any way that you wanted. And yet insane gun laws, huge tuition fees and a healthcare system that doesn't care if you live or die is what you got.
Everything makes more sense when you remember that the USA was founded by the violent colonization of elitist, rich white men who wanted to maintain power and continue to do so today through capitalism which is fueled by patriarchy, racism, and binary worldviews.
