This is usually a two step process, isn't it? Court can do the sanction as part of the case... but the judge then usually refers the matter to the disciplinary entity as well. At least that's what I've seen on other cases like this.

IMO judicial responses to this kind of thing shouldn’t even make it about AI, just treat how it would be treated if the attorney had falsified it himself, since that’s basically what happens with extra steps.
