The s60 powers allow the police to search for dangerous instruments or offensive weapons, not fireworks. As far as I’m aware, ZERO instruments or weapons were found after the extensive searches. So, this power has been wrongly and disproportionately used and should be challenged.

The police have issued a statement saying 90 people refused to be searched, that would potentially be an offence if the s60 power was correctly used in the first place. I don’t think it was.

When someone isn't used to dealing with the police as this person they were pressured by the police into giving their details and a photo and they wouldn't let her out the kettle until she did. She was panicking which is what they were hoping for cos they are nothing more than bullies

Pyro is an excuse. Rangers supporters managed to get them in without any hassle. It's to do with the banner. They intentionally didn't say which one. Speculation is all we have then. My opinion is that the board are being leaned on by sponsors or other organisations re the red card banner.
