Thanks. It's so tough right now. Illness, absence, anxiety, social deprivation, mental health issues, a broken social contract, lack of support, culture of blame with teachers taking the brunt. Honestly not surprised that so many younger teachers are leaving.

There are certainly days where 24 hours isn’t enough - and not enough people to plug the gaps . I had to go out today for a hospital appt - leaving three cover teachers ( new to us ) . You can only do the doable
