One disturbing part of the bill discusses the one exception,a woman's life,& states that in the examples listed a woman would be permitted access to healthcare BUT "when an unborn child is alive in utero,the physician must make all reasonable efforts to deliver and save the life of an unborn child"

We moved to SC in 2017 & built our rescue horse farm. This state is so horrible that I have stopped taking in any more horses because I can't imagine staying here anymore. Sadly I live down the street from a SC congressman.
