I've been fighting bluesky trying to post this so pls work. Here's an animation I did for practice! I've been stuck on a personal project editing so my skills became rusty.
I love this artwork so much. In the English-speaking Caribbean, lots of girls join the Girl Guides, which is like the Girl Scouts in the U.S. Back when I was in primary school, they had a blue uniform that looked just like the one in your picture there. Good memories :)

i wanna draw her but i'm deep into commissions and i feel if i did draw her, my hand would slip and make her chest unnecessarily large and thus disrespecting the design altogether
Thanks! I had all of it fun making those. I was basically screwing around with some features and I found a lot of stuff I could use and I was like "What the heck!" But I am proud of the fact it turned out so well!

She had a long skirt like that & I would pick her up from under her armpits & sway her side to side saying
"Ding" when her legs touch the skirt.
I would call her, "The Bell of the Ball."
