what it ACTUALLY is
& they're fighting for radical change (or leaving their fields to enter actually helpful fields)
but you are SO correct that ABA is designed for compliance
and some of the therapists themselves do great work outside the framework for ABA
but even Tricare/the VA issued a report that it doesn't provide good outcomes for Autistic kids
nvm the adults now screaming that it was abuse
I don't want to minimize THAT truth
