We can use the system's historical gatekeeping attempts for diagnoses like ADHD & Autism to try to protect our trans friends who may be assigned "gender dysphoria" in efforts to harm them

They will ignore this criteria, but it exists. Fear of abuse is not gender dysphoria. It's a reasonable response to a credible threat. Be safe. 🫶
