I absolutely love this. Doctors won't think of particular (fungal infection) differentials if they base it solely on medical school epidemiology, and so it's vital that information is updated based on real world data.

from the public health side, when we investigate the things there’s often travel involved. although i def don’t think historical maps tell the whole story. cocci seems to have a range well north of that.
