This is great except now you’ve gotta package it all up and clean up
I’ve done the stock thing a few times but it’s squarely in the “hobby” category rather than “this is how I feed my family”

Yep definitely hobby cooking, otherwise I’m using bouillon. I just seem to always have too much left or not enough when I buy the boxes.
