Anyone making claims MUST provide evidence - source, chapter and verse - to be taken seriously.

It has been my experience that if someone doesn't it highly likely they are guessing or it is untrue.

I was doing something else and I found this EGPAF contract to provide prevention and treatment for HIV and TB in Eswatini where prevalence and co-infection rates are among world's highest. Terminated without any plan to ensure ppl have continued access to ART.

You can cross reference programs from South Sudan against the list of terminated projects but You are asking me to provide you evidence when this info comes from credible sources using field reporting that is verified. I’m not going to do that labor for you.
